Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before packing and booking without any charges.
  • After packing and booking, cancellation requests will be reviewed, and a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for defective or incorrect items.
  • To request a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of issue (photos/videos).
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted for unused and unfitted products in their original/proper packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued.
  • If a return is approved, the refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for sizing issues or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must cover shipping costs for exchanges unless the error is on our part.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Used, damaged, or altered items.
  • Clearance or sale items.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+ba796fe913d046b8aec0bb19fff4679d@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
